Terms and Conditions for using an Adventure Write Website.
- Adventure Write owns and operates the public Adventure Write website located at www.adventurewrite.com (hereafter, "The Public Site") and the Inside Adventure Write website located at www.adventurewrite-members.com, which is a member's-only website (hereafter, "The Member's Only Site"). Hereafter, "The Sites" shall describe both The Public Site and The Member's Only Site
- If you are under 18, you may not access, view or use the products and/or services on The Member's Only Site.
- By using The Public Site and/or The Member's Only Site, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement.
- Adventure Write reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions contained in this agreement at any time, and any change or changes become effective immediately. You should check these terms often, because your usage of any part of The Sites indicates that you accept any change or changes to these Terms and Conditions.
- IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY PART OF ANY OF THE SITES.
- ADVENTURE WRITE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO OR REVOKE SERVICE FROM ANY USER AT ANY TIME AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ADVENTURE WRITE.
- ONCE ADVENTURE WRITE RECEIVES PAYMENT FOR ACCESS TO THE MEMBER'S ONLY SITE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Written content, photos and other materials on The Sites are copyright protected with all rights reserved. Many of the materials on The Sites are registered. You MAY NOT reproduce, download, upload, transfer, re-post, modify, publish or otherwise copy the content, photos and other materials on any Adventure Write website (The Sites) in part or whole, in print or electronically for any reason without express written permission from Adventure Write.
- Any trademark or content that appears on The Sites and is not the property of Adventure Write is the property of the respective owner.
- The Sites may only be used for your personal, non-commercial, non-publication purposes.
- Adventure Write may or may not add content to The Sites.
- Use The Sites at your own risk. Adventure Write provides no warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to warranties against computer or server errors or any other error or problem, which affects your access to The Sites. Though it is not Adventure Write's intent, the information on The Sites may include inaccuracies, omissions, typographical errors or other problems.
- THE MEMBER'S ONLY SITE - Payment for access to The Member's Only Site is collected through a third party company. When you use the third party company to make your payment, you become subject to that company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Adventure Write is not an agent of, nor is it authorized to make any representations on behalf of any third party company, website, or agency not owned by Adventure Write.
- When you pay for access to The Member's Only Site, you agree that your membership login credentials will be used exclusively by you and that you will not transfer or assign your membership to any other entity or person. You further agree that you will not provide access to The Member's Only Site to any other entity or person either directly or indirectly. You agree to be held personally liable for all charges you incur through your use of The Member's Only Site.
- When you pay for access to The Member's Only Site, you agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in the sign-up and/or registration process and that you will update that information to maintain its accuracy.
- When you pay for access to The Member's Only Site, you agree that you will not reproduce, copy, upload, download, publish, re-post, modify, transmit or in any other way copy any of the content, photos or other materials on The Member's Only Site in any way or in any media.
- When you pay for access to The Member's Only Site, you agree that your membership sign-up fee pays only for your first access of The Member's Only Site, and that subsequent access to The Member's Only Site is granted for free for a period of 1 year from the date of payment according to these Terms and Conditions. Adventure Write Members enjoy access to The Member's Only Site only after paying for their first visit to The Member's Only Site. After Adventure Write receives your payment for access to The Member's Only Site, you agree that you will not receive a refund of any kind, and you will not receive a refund in any prorated amount should you terminate your Membership or should Adventure Write terminate your Membership or access to The Member’s Only Site for any reason.
- If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions; or if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete; or if your use of The Sites is deemed in the discretion of the owners, partners or staff of Adventure Write to be an inappropriate use of The Sites, then Adventure Write has the right to terminate your membership and all access to The Member's Only Site without any further obligation to you or any third party.
- INDEMNIFICATION - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventure Write, its partners, staff, advertisers, attorneys and any and all other organizations or individuals providing services on behalf of Adventure Write from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal or attorneys' fees and expenses) related to or arising out of your use of any parts of The Sites or any related services; and/or services offered by third parties through The Sites, including and without limitation to any damage to any computer component, software or hardware as a result of any malicious software or viruses; and/or your download or use of any materials on any part of The Sites; and/or your alleged breach of the Terms and Conditions Agreement; and/or the termination of your Membership and/or access to The Member's Only Site.
- REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION - If you are in any way dissatisfied with any part of any of The Sites or with these Terms and Conditions or with Adventure Write's Privacy Policy, your sole remedy will be to stop using The Sites.
- If you are under 18, you may not access, view or use the products and/or services on The Member's Only Site.
